- Dropshipper can set their own selling price above the supplier price.
- Supplier is responsible for product packing and shipping after order confirmation.
- Dropshipper profit = selling price - supplier price - platform fee.
- Commission or profit is payable only for valid delivered orders.
- Fake orders, misleading prices, wrong product information, or customer abuse may suspend the account.
- Returns, cancellations, damaged product claims, and disputes are reviewed by admin.
- Dropshipper should communicate clearly with customers about delivery time, price, and product details.
- Supplier must maintain product quality, stock accuracy, and delivery commitment.
- Platform may update dropship rules, fees, payout timing, and dispute policy when required.
By using the dropship system, you agree to follow marketplace rules and cooperate with admin during order verification or dispute review.
